Our R&D


The Siderforgerossi R&D Department consists of more than ten highly skilled Product, Process, Material Engineers and Metallurgists. They focus upon the continuous improvement of our processes, to ensure that all products meet each client’s exacting standards and technical requirements. 
In 2010, the Company started its cooperation with the Department of Management and Engineering (DTG) - Vicenza campus of Padova University. This collaboration has enabled Siderforgerossi to manufacture the Ni-based superalloys, duplex and superduplex stainless steels using state-of-the-art techniques. Furthermore, several scientific papers and Master Degree thesis, for both metallurgical and management matters, have been published over the years as reported in the following list.
